in the hiding places on the mountainside,

show me your face,

let me hear your voice;

for your voice is sweet,

and your face is lovely.

 A dove is made to fly, but it is also vulnerable when it flies. A dove needs to take a risk to show himself. We, as humans, also are made to be just as we are, but it takes a courage to do so. With this painting, I want to encourage you to come out of hiding and share the delight of your being with the world. You are precious and worthy to be seen.
